Meet Duke, a super social, cool cat, who loves people and is available for adoption at Best Friends Animal Society in Los Angeles.
MORE ABOUT ME I am a great, super social cat who loves people. When not playing, I love to lounge around with my humans and be in the center of all the things. I spend a lot of time lounging on the cat team’s desk, keeping the paperwork safe by sleeping on it. I like to investigate everything going on and consider anything in my domain a potential toy. I love wand toys with feathers the most. I previously lived with an older cat and did well.
I would not enjoy a home with kittens or high energy cats as I get frustrated with the high energy levels and may lash out at the other cat. I am good with chill, cat social cats and enjoy playing and snuggling with them. I tend to do better with female cats in general but have lived with a few select, very calm male cats. I overstimulate easily and can get a little mouthy so would do best with someone who has a lot of experience with cats and no small children in the home. Ensuring I get plenty of play time will help to get rid of my excess energy and make me less likely to get mouthy when frustrated.
