Honey Locust is a shy, but sweet, two-year-old kitty looking for her forever home.
MORE ABOUT ME I am a sweet two-year-old cat who is timid around new people and in new environments. I take a while to get comfortable with new people but am very loving once I know and trust you. I will need work to become a confident and social cat. I have a tendency to hide, so I must be kept in a bathroom or small room without difficult-to-reach hiding spots such as beds or other furniture that I can get under (for several weeks, probably).
I will also need a nice, cozy hiding spot that you are able to access. While I am in this small area, sit with me and talk to me every chance you get. You can get me to trust you through wand toy playtime and treats. I have a strong treat motivation so snacks are an excellent way to my heart!
I do well with other social cats who have an even temperament. So far, I have gotten along best with other female cats who are chill and friendly. Since I am so shy, I would do best in home without young children.
